BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICIES *
Bookings- Kindly schedule your appointment only when you are fully committed. All policies are strictly upheld — no exceptions will be made.
Cancellations-If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 100% charge of the scheduled service. No-shows will be charged in full and will no longer be eligible to book future appointments.
Deposits & Payment- A deposit is required for all new clients. Accepted payment methods include Credit Card, Cash App, Zelle, Cash, and Apple Pay.
Late arrivals- Please arrive promptly for your appointment. A 15-minute grace period is provided; after this time, your appointment will be cancelled and considered a no-show.
All services include a standard wash unless otherwise indicated.
If a basic wash does not adequately meet your needs, it is recommended to add a scalp treatment to your appointment.
To prevent additional detangling fees, please ensure that your hair is completely detangled prior to your scheduled time.
For all braid services, hair must be a minimum of 3 inches in length throughout the scalp.
