Hair Preparation
All services include standard wash unless otherwise indicated.
If a basic wash does not adequately meet your needs, it is recommended to add scalp treatment to your appointment.
To prevent detangling fees, please ensure that your hair is completely detangled prior to your scheduled time.
For ALL braid services, hair must be a minimum of 3 inches in length throughout the scalp.

BOOKINGS- kindly schedule your appointment only when you are fully committed. All policies are strictly upheld -no exceptions will be made.
CANCELLATIONS- if you need to reschedule, please do at least 24 hours prior to your appt. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 100% charge of the scheduled service. No-shows will be charged in full and will no longer be eligible to book future appointments.
DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS- a deposit is required for all new clients. Accepted payment methods include credit cards, cash, cash app, zelle, and apple pay.
LATE ARRIVALS- please arrive promptly for your appt. A 15 min grace period is provided; after this time, your appt will be cancelled and considered a no-show.
